I am the Principal of Cornerstone Strategies, and operate in the professional market as a Personal & Group Transformational Consultant, Coach and Facilitator. My 34-year business career has allowed me to work directly and indirectly in over 20 industry sectors, with significant focus on the personal & professional development, sales / business development, and financial services sectors. I have served in numerous executive positions, including President, Vice-President and Interim Managing Director with boards and organizations in the non-profit sector, as well as, participating extensively in a wide variety of strategic and project committees and initiatives.

I have unusual passion, expertise and depth for values-centered development and coaching work. My personal values exploration and discovery journey, combined with intensive client work over a 10 year period, provide me with unique capacities and perspective in guiding and advising individuals and organizations with their unique learning, development, and implementation processes with this life affirming work.

I am dedicated and passionate about contributing to the growth and development of individuals, organizations and communities.
